Terms of service

Last updated 1 September 2026. These terms cover buying a snapshot, the licence that comes with it, and any done-for-you work we do.

1. The agreement

By buying a snapshot or commissioning a service from FunnelThemeShop you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2. What we sell

We sell two things and nothing else: GoHighLevel snapshots containing funnel assets, and done-for-you funnel work. Despite the domain name, we do not sell website themes, HTML or CSS templates, UI kits, plugins or any downloadable design files. A snapshot is delivered as a GoHighLevel share link and is only usable inside a GoHighLevel account you control.

3. Snapshot licence

Buying a snapshot grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • Load it into any number of sub-accounts inside agencies you own or operate;
  • Modify it however you like, including reselling the resulting funnel as part of a service you provide to your own clients;
  • Keep using it after any Vault subscription ends, for every snapshot delivered while it was active.

The licence does not allow you to:

  • Resell, sublicense, gift or publish the snapshot itself, or its share link, as a product;
  • Include it in a snapshot marketplace, membership, course or bundle offered by anyone other than us;
  • Share the share link outside your own organisation.

In short: sell the outcome, not the box. A licence found to be shared publicly may be terminated without refund.

4. Delivery and updates

Snapshots are delivered by email as a share link, normally within minutes and always within one business day. Updates are free for the life of the licence: when GoHighLevel changes something that affects a funnel, we rebuild it and reissue the link to everyone who owns it.

5. Support

Every snapshot includes email support with a one-business-day response, covering the snapshot itself. It does not cover general GoHighLevel training, third-party integrations we did not build, or work on funnels we did not supply — those are quoted as services.

6. Services

Done-for-you work is quoted at a fixed price before it starts. Timelines assume you supply access, brand assets and approvals when asked; a delay on your side moves the delivery date by the same amount. Work is built inside your own GoHighLevel sub-account and belongs entirely to you at handover. Each build includes the stated revision or tweak window; work beyond it is quoted separately.

7. Payment

Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of any VAT or sales tax that applies to you. Snapshots are paid in full up front. Service work is 50% to start and 50% on handover unless the quote says otherwise. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be paused or cancelled any month.

8. Refunds

Snapshots carry a 14-day refund provided the share link has not been loaded into a sub-account, because a loaded snapshot cannot be un-delivered. Service refunds are covered in the refund policy.

9. Results

This site does not publish conversion benchmarks, install counts, customer ratings or case-study figures, because we do not yet hold audited data we could stand behind. What we do publish is the contents of each product — pages, workflows, sequences, setup time — which you can check against the snapshot itself. Nothing on this site is a promise about your business: conversion depends on your offer, your traffic and your follow-up, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

11. Not affiliated with HighLevel

FunnelThemeShop is an independent business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel, Inc. “GoHighLevel”, “HighLevel” and “GHL” are used descriptively to identify the platform our products run on.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
