Refund policy

Last updated 1 September 2026. Short, specific, and written so you know the answer before you buy rather than after.

Snapshots

Fourteen days, provided the share link has not been loaded into a sub-account. Once a snapshot is loaded it exists in your account permanently and cannot be recalled, which is the whole reason for the condition.

This is why every product page publishes the full page list, the workflow count, the email and SMS count, the setup time and the realistic result before it asks for anything. You should be able to decide without opening the link.

If you already loaded it

Tell us what is wrong. In practice we do one of three things, in this order:

  1. Fix it. If something in the snapshot is genuinely broken, we fix it and reissue the link, free, and everyone else who owns it gets the fix too.
  2. Swap it. If you bought the wrong funnel for your offer, we will exchange it for a different snapshot of equal or lower value once, no questions.
  3. Refund it anyway. If neither of those is right and you have made a genuine attempt to use it, we will refund you. This is discretionary rather than a right, and we have never regretted saying yes to someone who asked honestly.

The Vault

Thirty days from the first payment, provided no more than one snapshot link has been loaded. After that a subscription can be cancelled at any time and simply does not renew; everything delivered while it was active stays yours permanently.

Services

Service work is refundable up to the point work starts, minus any third-party costs already committed. Once a build is underway:

  • Before the funnel map is approved — full refund of the deposit.
  • After the map, before build — 50% of the deposit, because the strategy work is delivered and yours to keep.
  • During build — no refund, but we finish and hand over what has been built, in your sub-account, with the walkthrough.

Audits are refundable in full if the report finds nothing actionable. That has happened twice.

Retainers

Billed monthly in advance and cancellable any month. We do not refund part-months, and we do not charge a reactivation fee if you come back. Anything already in the queue when you cancel gets finished.

How to ask

Email hello@funnelthemeshop.com with your order reference. There is no form, no retention flow and no call to book. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days.
